In Matrix 3 there's a part where Neo goes to see the oracle one last time, he asks her a question and she replies you know why I can't answer that, then she points to a wooden sign above the door way and I believe it says, "Catal Nusre" Does any one have any idea what that means and what it means within the movie!? The plaque reads "temet nosce" and essentially means "know thyself"!. Oracle has stated that "no one can see beyond a choice that they don't understand"!. You have to know your self to understand your choices and the consequences that will result from that choice!. I always took it as that whenever he sought the oracle for answers she was vague, she couldn't give him all the answers or tell him what to do he had to make the decisions for himself (free will)!. For example in the original Matrix the Orale was suppose to confirm he was the one but she didn't (maybe in another life)!. Neo had to do that for himself!.
