I am trying to find out the title of a film. It is a British film.!

The film is about a man who steals a painting from some art gallery or auction house where he works!. After stealing it something happens to him which causes him to lose his memory, so the guy he stole the painting for tells him to go see a hypnotherapist!. The guy who stole the painting chooses a hypnotherapist from the yellow pages and goes to see her!. Anyway he tells her he has lost his keys as the painting is in all the papers he cannot mention it and wants the hypnosis to make him remember where the keys are which she does and it turns out his keys are behind his freezer at home!. it turns out he has had a relationship with his hypnotherapist before as when he is having sex with her she burns him with a cig as it turns him on!.
