This is a pretty old movie!. I dont remember much about it but I remember theres some chemical leaks or radiation or something in it and theres this school and a group of crazy kids that look f*cked up and go around selling stuff that has this radiation poisoining stuff in it and everyone starts having weird dreams and weird stuff starts happening!.
