No, Neo never survived!. He had to die in order for the Matrix to continue!. The Architect told him that in order for the Matrix to be reloaded (2nd Movie) that he needed to return to the source to disseminate the code he carried to reboot the Matrix otherwise it would have crashed and killed everyone in the Matrix!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
