ive been hearing alot of hype about this film, and i understand its from korea, so are theres subtitles, or voice-overs, and is it the same format of Cloverfield, ive been told Cloverfield is almost the american version of The Host!. also what exactly is The Host thanks a bunchWww@Enter-QA@Com

The Host is a South Korean movie and yes it is does have subtitles, but once you begin the film you will become so wrapped up in the action you will forget you are reading!. The film does share some similarities with Cloverfield in that a giant creature attacks a city full of people and one group of people are caught in the middle!. It also has many differences such as this film is not filmed entirely from the characters handheld camera, it also doesn’t hide the monster as much; there are in fact a lot of cool and beautiful shots of the monster!. The Host also mixes in quite a few comedic elements such as a narcoleptic hero and funny supporting characters!. As for The Host itself, it is a mutant that is created when American’s dump hundreds of bottles of formaldehyde in to the sewers near Seoul's Han River!. I found it to be an excellent old school monster movie, and if you enjoyed Cloverfield I couldn’t imagine you not enjoying this!.

I haven't seen the film but i remember seeing the trailer on the television a few months ago and it looked good!.
It has the record for the most times watched in south korea (13million)!.
I think it is about a monster that attacks a city and the main characters are a family!.

I only saw parts of it, but I can tell you that it's only similar to Cloverfield in that they're both monster movies!. It doesn't have the shaky camera type filming that Cloverfield had as far as I can recall!. It was supposed to be really good though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
