Question: What are the names of obscure horror films with excellent plots and surprise endings!?

Ok, I don't know if you'll like any of these but they're all great (even though you sometimes have to forgive them for being low budget or poorly acted, but only somtimes):
The Last Man On Earth (great Vincent Price flick based on the book I Am Legend)
Night of the Hunter (it's an old one and it won't look like a horror flick at first but turn the lights off and watch it in a quiet place!.!.!. It'll get you!)
The Exorcist (you probably watched this already, but if not, it's pretty creepy)
Halloween (you probably already saw this too but if not, it's great and even more great when you consider that he made it when he was a film student)
Nosferatu (probably the oldest film on this list!. It's silent but really really creepy)
Psycho (watch the ORIGINAL!.!.!. the one by Alfred Hitchcock, not that crappy remake with Vince Vaughn!.)
The Birds (this is another good Hitchcock film that is freaky!.)
The Sentinel (this is NOT the movie with Keifer Sutherland!.!.!. it's a film from the 70s!.!.!. way creepy and wierd)

Carnival of Souls (bad acting but really strange)
In general, for older horror films, look for films starring Lon Chaney, Vincent Price, Boris Karloff, Peter Lorre, and Béla Lugosi!. They were big horror film stars in the early days!. For directors, look for Alfred Hitchcock and John Carpenter just to name a couple!.

I've loved horror movies for as long as I can remember!. An have watched a lot!.But over the last couple of years I really have gotten into Asian horror!.Iam telling you if you want horror it's awesome!.I go here http://asianhorror!.forumarena!.com/ !.
