The reason you are getting so many answers is because the film doesn't get in to Dent's head!. We don't know what he is thinking!. Some reasons in a film are left up to the viewer to decide!. They can't explain every little detail on every part of the film!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think there is an underlying tone that Harvey enjoys his work and pursues it to the maximum (full courthouse scene) but doesn't really appreciate being the poster boy on which the city has rested their hopes and dreams!. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this is backed up in the scene at the beginning of the party where the joker appears as he mentions "he's not good at these things" or something to that effect!. Anyway, he loved Rachel perhaps moreso than the average man because he was almost being toyed with; he couldn't have her!. She was taking her sweet time coming up with a decision for his marriage proposition and when she finally told him yes, he lost her moments later leaving an even larger hole!.

Now to answer your question, I believe that he blamed Gordon and Batman because he subconsciously felt that after everything they had gone through to protect him (car chase, etc!.) that they would rescue him before Rachel to further their campaign for Gotham!. He felt like he sold his soul to the devil for this cause because of everything he had lost and he resented it greatly!. He was more upset at Gordon and Batman for "using him" than at the Joker who was merely the catalysts for these events!. Maybe not what you were looking for but that's how I see it :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

because ever since the joker swapped the adress, batman intentienonally thought he was going for racheal, but he accedentally saved harvey!. gordon knew batman was to save the girl so he thought he was going after harvey, but ended up going too late, and she already blew up by the time gordon got there!.

i hope that clears it up for you!Www@Enter-QA@Com

------------------->You can thank the Joker for that<-------------------

"Gordon has plans!. !. !.You had plans and look where that got you !. !. !."Www@Enter-QA@Com

because they saved him, thinking he was the one who was best for the welfare of the city!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Because Batman saved him and not Rachel!. He blames Gordon because he is the chief of police!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
