Name of an old horror movie.?!

Question: Name of an old horror movie!.!?
I was in my pre teens so probably in late 60's early 70's!. I am pretty sure it was black/white!. I remember a shadow of an old woman rocking in a chair on the turn of some tall stairs!. She isn't there but you see a dark shadow!. The music was menacing but not really scary!. I just always thought of it and this seemed like the right place to ask!.
Wish I had more to help, but I think a murder in the house happened also, probably to her!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

All this reminds me of is a "Night Gallery" episode about the shadow of an elderly woman that remains on the wall after her death!. I don't think she sat in a rocking chair!. Of course, that would be in color!.

If she was in a wheelchair, I might consider "Homicidal" (1961), which is creepy and in b&w, with an old woman, one who has had a stroke and cannot speak!. Instead, she holds a doorknob in her right hand and hits it on the arm of the wheelchair!.

I'll check out some other titles, but I might not be able to figure out this one!.

When did you get a color television!? I ask because my family didn't have one till about 1969!. I see so many films that I was certain were b&w but are color; sometimes it's a nice surprise, but b&w can be a perk in certain films!.

EDIT: I got it!?! Really!?! Which one is it~"Certain Shadows on the Wall"!? At least that's what I think the title is!. Later, the woman's brother dies, and his shadow shows up there, where he used to sit reading to her!. There are two other sisters who find this comforting because they want to remain in the house their brother wants to sell!. Did I get that right!? it's been a very long time since I've seen it; I think I appreciated it more when I got older!.

Ooh! I did remember! From TV!.com:
Rod Serling: The least permanent, the most fleeting of man’s proof of existence, his shadow!. It comes and goes with light, hours of the day, point of the sun, angle of the moon!. It is a quickly daubed and imperfect outline of a certain object at a certain given moment!. This painting is called: Certain Shadows on the Wall!.
Cast: Rachel Roberts, Agnes Moorehead ("Twilight Zone" alumna for "The Invaders"), Louis Hayward, Grayson Hall (best known for "Dark Shadows" original TV series)Www@Enter-QA@Com
