Question: I still need help finding this action movie from maybe late 80's but for sure 90's!?
1st!. its NOT universal soldier by jean claude van damme or any of his movies o!.k with that said:it was a movie i saw on hbo in the mid 90's where there was i believe some kind of government looking for some one they can use for the perfect sodier with the build and strength to use with some kind of science (or something like that)to make him 10x or more better than what he is, and taken and put to sleep in this lab when he wakes up he doesnt realize he's been altered some way he finds out and thats when the movie really picks up because he get away and they are after him right away but he has this speed and strength since the expierment so they are chasing him on highways every where!.thats all i remember !. the guy has long hair reminds you of the guy from the tv series hercules just like that maybe taller if any one can please help ive asked before but no help thanks!.!.!.if you need anymore info please let me knowWww@Enter-QA@Com

Someone with long hair makes me think of Miles O'Keeffe and Joe Lara, both of whom generally have long tresses!. Both do a lot of sci fi/action films, generally low-budget!. So, I'm going to take a look at some titles to see if I can find a match!. // I haven't had any luck with those two, but I haven't read every synopsis yet!. It could show up!.
A third possibility is Lorenzo Lamas, who also has long hair in a number of films!. I plan to check out action types such as Robert Ginty, too!. // I found this Ginty film: "Programmed to Kill" (1987)!. Unfortunately, it's Sandahl Bergman who is turned into a cybernetic warrior!.
