It's awesome, Heath Ledgers performance blew me away!. The plot, action and characters were great and the execution was perfect!. Had me on the edge of my seat the entire time, best film of 2008 in my opinion!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I thought Heath was very good, and should deserve serious Oscar consideration!.
However, overall, Batman Begins was a better movie!.
In DK, I think there was not enough background to justify Harvey Dent's pure love of law and order and a lifetime of decisions based on the chance of a coin flip!.
It is also difficult to simultaneously buy how Batman values life and the safety of innocents while he drives recklessly, causing serious accidents with police and civilian drivers and destroying public property!.
I also did not like that there was not enough weight given to the truth of what the Joker was trying to expose, when he said gangbangers or soldiers are supposed to die, but try to kill one mayor and everybody goes nuts!. The Joker's view is flawed, but some of what he says is very important about what we value and what we don't!. But there wasn't much weight put to it!.
The movie was unnecessarily long, also!. Gordon's whole hidden miracle trick was tedious!.
And no one will deal with the fundamental flaw about the Batman; he doesn't fight crime, he punishes criminals, and there is a difference!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I had the opposite effect!. It was really built up!.
I wasn't exactly disappointed, but it really had some parts that seemed to drag on!. And the ending was kind of a letdown, too!. Sure, they set up the next film, but I don't understand Batman's motivation!. Seemed kinda pointless!.
