Why does Batman pick harvey over rachel?!

he didnt, the joker told him the addresses of the two ppl, harvey and rachel, but being the joker that he is he switches the names, so altho batman thinks he is going after rachel the joker had tricked him into going after harvey!. partly the joker knew he would go after rachel by choice so he did it to torture batman and also to send harvey crazy, to show that any person no matter how virtuous can be corrupted!. thats why he doesnt kill harvey later, because it was his plan all along to teach him that enuff suffering can make anyone crazyWww@Enter-QA@Com

A part of the Joker's Plan!.!.As a joker, he purposely gave Batman the wrong 411 on the location of Rachel and Harvey!. Batman did not pick Harvey by choice!.
