Sweeney Todd goofs!?!
Question: Sweeney Todd goofs!!?
so, I've seen the movie maybe around 500 times!.!.!.!. idk if I'm over exxagerating it or not!.!.!.!. you can tell I need sweeney todd rehab, can't you! well anyways, seeing the movie so much, I wondered if anyone else saw any other goofs or maybe bloopers!.!.!.!.
-In the scene right before Sweeney and Turpin sing 'Pretty Women', Sweeney has the line "and who may it be said is your intended sir!?" If you look closely, you can see Turpin mouth the line as Sweeney says it!.
-During the "Worst pies in London" song, Mrs!. Lovett drips the pie filling into the crust, and it fills the crust up to a bit over the top!. In another shot, she rolls on the pie top, but the filling is much less than before, not even to the top of the crust!.
-During "The worst pies in London scene" the wooden rolling pin keeps moving around between shots!.

do you think directors do this on purpose to have the watchers think or is it accidental!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

And how does the whole chair sliding bodies into the cellar thing work!? Wouldn't the bodies go through the middle of the meat pie shop since Sweeney's place is directly over Mrs!. Lovett's!?

I'm pretty sure it's accidental!. As a matter of fact there are people that work on staff of the movie industry whose job it is to watch for those kind of irregularities and ensure they don't happen!. But it looks like someone got a bit sloppy!. It may happen a lot with other movies, but how many other movies would get watched that many times by one person so that they'd have all those details!? Few!.
I enjoyed the movie, though I've only seen it once!. My girlfriends asked me to pick a movie for our regular "Girls night" and I picked this one, telling them it was a love story and a musical!. Now, was I lying!? Of course not, but they were really put off by all the blood and gore!. I told them it wasn't real, but they still didn't like it!. I'm not really into horror movies, but it intrigued me when I realized this was the play that "Jersey Girl" put on for her school (Ben Afflect played her father)!. Anyway, I found the movie delightful! I will see it again some day!. In fact I will probably buy the DVD!.
