I think it's sadly ironic that the Joker survived and Heath Ledger didn't!. If he hadn't died, I'd say definitely continue! But out of respect for him, they shouldn't replace him after such a fantastic performance!. I have no idea what they're going to do-I bet they're confused too!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Let's face it, people!. They will not be bringing back The Joker because Heath Ledger unfortunately passed away!. Besides, The Joker did his job; he introduced anarchy to Gotham!. He turned their white knight (Harvey Dent) into a villain!. He'll be locked away at Arkham now, story-wise!. Two-face is also dead, so he won't be coming back!.
I like how people pointed out that Fox mentioned cats; I totally missed it!. Could be a hint!. Another possibility for a villain is The Penguin!. The Penguin was supposed to be in The Dark Knight, played by Phillip Seymor Hoffman (Capote), but they wrote him out!. He was going to be an arms dealer in Gotham at war with The Joker because the Joker was accidentally putting him out of business by stealing from the mobsters!. And who supplies the mobsters!? Gotham's arms' dealer, who just happens to be Penguin and if they have no money to buy weapons, Penguin has no profit!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Just so everyone knows, there is another Batman movie in this little series, it's called Batman Begins, and it is also very good!. I certainly hope they continue to make Batman movies with Christian Bale as Batman/Bruce Wayne, because these first two have been fantastic!. However, I think it would be better if they didn't try to bring the Joker back, considering Heath Ledger is no longer around to reprise his role!. Perhaps they'll have Catwoman!? Yes it should and more than likely will be continued!. And of course with a new movie comes a new villain unless they reintroduce villains from previous films!. People love the new feel and depth of Batman!. He feels tangable and real now!. He is now fighting crime in our back yard!.!.!.not in wonderland!.
Out of respect The Dark Night Franchise will continue!.!.!.with or without Heath Ledger!. His acting was good and he did put himself into the role well!.!.!.but I dont think the performance was worth the out of this world attention he is getting!. Now if he wrote the script with the great twist that are in it yes!.!.!.!.but for just acting!. I am sorry but no!. He did his job of making the character believeable, fun, and twisted acting!. But it was not just him!. The director did a tremendous job as well as the writers!. Heath got the chance to play a great character that was well written and developed!. He did the part justice!.!.!.but he was no Peter O'Toole!. The joker can be played by someone else but admittly it would feel akward for it to be the major part in the next movie!. Think of how many villans they introduced in the first Batman franchise movies!. There are years of badies out there to love on the big screen!. My personal opinion!.!.!.HELL YEAH!!! Judging by what a powerhouse Christopher Nolan's Batman franchise has become, I don't think Warner Bros!. will drop the chance to make more money!. And even if money is the only object, as long as they keep the current tone of the movies, they can make as many as they want, and I'll watch them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The new movies are more in tune with the comics as the villains hardly ever are killed off, and keep escaping and cropping up just when Bats doesn't need them around!.
