*GRAPHIC* Horror Movie Question, don't read if you don't like this stuff!

OK!. I recently saw a clip of a a retro gore film!. It reminded me of something soooorta Deliverance-ish, but it was some guy bent over a picnic table at a down-south-picnic event while two small girls, who might have been twins, impaled him in a manner that is similar to putting a pig on a spit!.

Graphic, I know, but I'm curious if anyone can tell me what this film is!.!.!.
