His name is Heath, not Keith!. As in 'Heathcliff', although his birth name was just 'Heath' :)
The Joker you see in TDK ("The Dark Knight") is all Heath!. TDK was his last completed picture - all his filming and post-production work was finished (from an interview with Christopher Nolan, the director of TDK)!. It's his other film, "The Imaginiarium of Dr Parnassus" which actors are filling in for (he was filming this when he died) and actors such as Jude Law and Johnny Depp are filling in for him!.
