Question: Downloading Torrents!? Movies!?
Im new to downloading torrents etc!. I have several questions!. What exactly are they!? Can you download a full movie!?
Please answer thouroughly please!. also do you have any good wesites that I can get them from or anything to get me started!. Thank you,

Torrent is a small file (around few kilobytes) with the suffix !.torrent, which contains all the information needed to download a file the torrent was made for!. That means it contains file names, their sizes, where to download from and so on!. You can get torrents for almost anything on lots of web sites and torrent search engines!.
A good website to use would be btjunkie!.com!.
Thats one of my favorite sites to use and it has been rated as one of the best torrent websites!.
You can get full movies but you have to be careful that you pay attention to what it says!. For one you want to make sure its a dvd rip and not a bootleg camera version!. also some people will try to hide trojan horses and viruses in the torrent!. So look at what people say and if it say's it is verified by the community then it is 98% legit download!.

And its not cheap its just some movies are really not worth spending actual money on!.

Torrents are files that you download and they direct your torrent downloader to other users that have the actual video/game/document!. It is a peer to peer sharing system!.
It can legally be used to allow people to download non copywrit materials that they would legally have access to!. If a person is caught by an organization (one of the many nameless ones that catch people also downloading from napster and limewire) you can be held liable by the company that owns rights to whatever you are trying to download!.
One of the main things about torrents is that as you download you are also uploading whatever files to other users in the same program!.
Some programs used to download torrents are utorrent and azureus!. These are used once you have a torrent already!.
To actually find torrents there are some sites like: mininova, the pirate bay, isohunt, etc!.
Just letting you know, unlike Limewire (which is not a torrent app) you cannot switch off your uploading!. And uploading is what people actually get in trouble for!.
So!.!.!. in other words!.!.!. downloading a series of big movies might make you a sitting duck to get in trouble for copyright infringment!.

umm i download torrent's all the time you can download torrent games music movies etc you can get torrents like those from using bittorrent or utorrent and the websites to get it from can be sumotorrent!.com or google it and it is free you dont have to go to a store and pay $ 30!.00 for krap that does'nt work some times!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
