It's not the amount of money that goes into a movie that makes it good, it's the actors and director and script writers who make a good movie!. Some of the best movies are made made for very little money, and some movies that cost millions to make, are big flops!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
not all "good movies" are made with a lot of money!. CGI doesn't cost much because it is done on computer rather than actual special effects!. i could do it at my own home, maybe not as great but i can do computer graphicsWww@Enter-QA@Com
