Answers:
This film picked up where the last film left off!. That is why the Scarecrow was in it!. Just long enough to get captured!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The scarecrow was most definately in the beginning of the movie and it was the real scarecrow because it was the original actor Cilian Murphy!. I am not sure why he was there really but maybe it was just to include a past villian for a moment!. Apparently he is still causing trouble and stuff I don't know but yeah Batman put an end to that very quickly!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Cillian Murphey did a cameo as the Scarecrow just to tie up loose ends!. I am sure many people wanted to know what happened to him since in Batman Begins he had escaped from Arkham Asylum!. This shows that he has finally been captured and now Batman has another villian to chase, the Joker!. It makes sense why he was captured quickly if you think of it like that!. Besides he wasnt the main villian I didnt want to see him too much in the movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

the scarecrow was in it just cos he escaped from the last movie and was never caught, so we assume he has gotten back into the crime business, and batman comes back to settle a few old scores!. but i think he was caught early to show that there are bigger threats than in the first film in this one, cos the theme of the film is escalation, where batmans actions in stopping criminals just encourages more dangerous criminals to take their place!. for example, arresting the criminals in this film just forces the joker to take their place!. hence, he has greater dangers to face this time out!. also, i think it can also be used to show that batman has become more skilled and experienced since the last movie, as he required a lot less effort to stop the scarecrow than he did in the last movie!. but mostly its about escalation, and the idea that there is a greater criminal than the scarecrow on its way; namely the jokerWww@Enter-QA@Com

He wasn't really a major role, just a cameo put in as a throwback to the first movie!. Oftentimes in sequels, a familiar situation with familiar characters will be used to reintroduce the protagonist!. In this case, the Scarecrow was shown in the first Batman fight scene!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

that was the first of many 'i didn't see that coming' moments of the movie!.

it was the real scarecrow!. it makes sense that if he got away in the last movie that batman would catch him eventually!.

i thought it was great!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have no idea why the Scarecrow was in it!. Since the Joker was the main bad guy, it makes sense that the Scarecrow was captured that quickly!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i dont think it was the real scarecrow!. I think it was a wannabe to try and capture the mob guys with those fake batmen!. i could and probably am wrong lol!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's probably to pay homage to the fact that batman captures the same villains over and over again!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Who is the scarecrow!? I dont remember there being a scarecrow in it and I watched 4 times already!. Please tell me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is just a way to link the Dark Knight to Batman Begins!. Make the viewer feel like they are watching a sequel!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i think it was to tie up open ends from the last movieWww@Enter-QA@Com
