The last I heard there was a big problem with the script and it wasn't good enough to receive funding to make the movie!. (There's a review board it has to go before and it has to receive a certain amount of points!.) The writer only wrote about Freddie's last few weeks which doesn't make for much of a biopic!. The script will either have to be reworked or they will need a new writer!. The thing is, the movie was the writer's idea!. Hopefully with De Niro involved something will happen soon, but as for right now there is no movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Here's a link to some info, it appears that the movie is only in developement now, no telling how long it may take!. Johnny Depp is being considered for the role!.
