Question: The Dark Knight was overall a really good movie but I had some problems understanding it!? WARNING SPOILER!?

1) When the police found traces of Dna on the joker card of the commissioner they went to him and his alchohol was acid how did that happen!?
2) When the Judge got in her car and she got a note that said "up" and when she did her car exploded, where did the note come from, why and how did her car explode, and why did the joker target her!?
3) The final scene which I did not understand was when the Gordon found two people dead at an apartment with facepaint who were they and how come there names were ------ Harvey and ------- Dent was it a cowinsidence or was it something else!? and when Batman came he took a cutt out form the wall where a bullet hole was later he found and finger print on the hole how did he find the fingerprint!?

1!. The commisioners drink was poisoned, that is why it smouldered after he drank it!. It wasn't acid put some kind of nasty poison!.
2!. Obviously a corrupt police officer or corrupt court officer gave the judge an brown manila envelope full of explosives!. When she looked 'up' she was blown 'up'!. The joker was targeting her because she was really harsh on the gangsters brought before her!.
3!. The scene where Gordon found two dead officials each had part of the name of Joker's next victim: "Harvey" and "Dent"!. This was a clue provided by the Joker that district attorney Harvey Dent was to die next!.
4!. Batman took the cutout from the wall back to his place, reconstructed the inside markings using the 'bat computer', and from that reconstruction reformed the entire bullet with the fingerprint on it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

3)harvey dent was the district attorney and the hope of the city!. the joker said harvey dent was in the apartment but it was harvey and dent (two different people)!. and batman did an experiment that showed how the bullet shattered and reconstructed it to find the finger print on the actual bullet!.
