I would love to see the Joker again, but due to Heath;s tragic death, thats not going to happen, so my answer is the second best super-villian!. THE RIDDLER! he is awesome, dont know who would play him, oh and Poison Ivy, out of all female-villians, her and Catwoman are awesome!
