Adam West, he pioneered the TV series and showed that people CAN be Batman!. He is just perfect! And he's had more Pop Culture ties with the Dark Night (Name a few, Simpson, Family Guy, and many others!.!.!.)


EDIT: I call this the stage when Batman was thwarting the forces of evil with Robin!. As Robin left the bat Nest, and formed Teen Titans (ultimatly becoming Nightwing), Bruce started becoming more solo and mature about his work!.!.!. Thus giving birth to the true Dark Night!.!.!. I put it like this!.
