What is the movie about a neighborhood built on a burial ground?!

Question: What is the movie about a neighborhood built on a burial ground!?
I watched it as a child!. I remember the tree in front of the house had an arrow carved in it and the girl always felt like it was watching her!. The family hired someone who used a "y" shaped stick (like they were looking for water)!.

The rest of my memory about it is foggy!. The walls in the bathroom may have bled, and I think a flying head chased the dad in the garage!.

Anyways, I have been looking for the name of this for years with no luck!. It's not Amityville or Poltergeist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
This might not be it, but it's a real-life story that inspired "Poltergeist":

Grave Secrets: The Legacy of Hilltop Drive (1992 TV movie)
starring Patty Duke, David Selby, Jonelle Allen, Kimberly Cullum, David Soul, Frances Bay
IMDb synopsis:
Jean and Shag Williams locate a newly built house and decide it's perfect for them to buy!. One thing the developers forgot to tell them about was that it is built on a graveyard!. Within days toilets start to flush by themselves, and the garage door moves up and down by it's own accord!. Will Jean and Shag realize that the place may be haunted by ghosts before it's too late!?
IMDb review:
In the late '80s, Ben and Jean Williams sank their savings into having their dream home built, not knowing that the developers had callously and coldly plowed over and built on top of a hitherto forgotten cemetery of a black community!. Actually, the original owner did not tell the developers!. The movie tells the plight of the Williamses against the developers who built the house!. Sounds like the plot to "Poltergeist", doesn't it!? This is the more-accurate account of the actual events near Crosby, Texas!. !.!.!. David Soul plays neighbor Sam Haney, who puts in a swimming pool and accidentally digs up the bodies!. The supernatural aspects and suspense has been played down for a more-intelligent ghost story!. For the full story, you need to read, "The Black Hope Horror" by Robert Curran!.

Incidents range from the litter the family cat delivers to strange shadows; from health crises to a death in the family!. It's not as outrageous as "The Amityville Horror", and you'll definitely recognize bits and pieces that were used in the script for "Poltergeist"!. Carvings on the tree are a key to verifying the existence of the graveyard; and, the tree itself seems eerie, perhaps even haunted!.

By the way, the person using the forked stick is a dowser!. People can dowse or "witch" for subsurface water, missing items and people, and more, depending on their skills!. I can dowse, as could my maternal grandfather!. He liked using a peach tree limb most, but some swear by willow branches!. Some electricians search for breaks by using bent metal rods, which will cross when they find the problem!. It's a very odd sensation when it happens!. For me, it's as if the sensations come up from the ground, passing through me and into the wand/limb, which will bend downward!. A lot of people can do this, especially those of us who are sensitive to weather changes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
