I watched it as a child!. I remember the tree in front of the house had an arrow carved in it and the girl always felt like it was watching her!. The family hired someone who used a "y" shaped stick (like they were looking for water)!.
The rest of my memory about it is foggy!. The walls in the bathroom may have bled, and I think a flying head chased the dad in the garage!.

that woulkd be poltergiest in the movie craig t nelson is talking with the project manager and finds out that when they built the suburb the construction company just moved the headstones and left the graves if you remember near the end of the movie he falls into the hole where they are putting in a pool and all these skeletons come floating up around him!.
