You don't say where you're located!. But here in my area!.!.!. I have no problem finding them in the theatres or as DVD's in shops!.
I'm lucky enough to live near a shopping district known as "Little India"!. It's located in Artesia California, (a suburb of Los Angeles)!. also in nearby Lakewood, California we have the Naz8 Indian Cinema showing all the latest Bollywood films!.

There are many Indian music and DVD shops in Little India!. My favourite source for DVD's in Little India is Ziba!. They also have an online store!. They have got "Jhoom Barabar Jhoom" at $20!.99 and the soundtrack CD at $6!.99
