What is this horror film's title?!

It's a contemporary horror film (possibly made in 2000 or 2001) about a psychiatrist who is unknowingly murdering people in the asylum he works at!. He goes into the basement where the criminially insane are kept and talks to the inmate at the end of the hall!. In the movie, we find out there is no one in that cell!. I think the movie tells us later that they psychiatrist used to be a patient and escaped as a child!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
