Question: The Joker in The Dark Knight!?
Did Heath Ledger play the entire role in the movie or did someone take over his part!? I recall them saying when he died that he hadn't finished filming, but if you look up the list of actors in the movie, only his name is listed!. Plus, he'll be nominated for an award for the movie for that role too and no one else was mentioned!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

They had finished filming and Ledger finished his part in the movie!. He had already started on another project before his passing!. He started work on "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" - a fantasy-type movie where his character's role will be finished by Johnny Depp, Colin Ferril, and Jude Law (all playing the same person)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
They finished filming the movie after his death without him or a replacement!. Somehow they decided that they could make it work because they only planned on one joker for the movie and they wanted to keep it that way for the originality!.
But it was very close to the end of filming!. About to go into editing!.

Nope, they finished the movie with him!. I read an article in Entertainment Weekly, who interviewed the director, Christopher Nolan and they asked him if he would need voicelooping or reshoots!. Nolan said that he never or rarely ever has to do that in his movies, so he didn't have a problem finishing The Dark Knight!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
