Well!.!.!. so sorry, But why not choose I dont know, your own idea!? Its more rewarding if u use your own idea!. I, myself is 12 (check my profile) and I love writing scripts and I want to be a script writer/ movie director!. So I'll just give u SIMPLE ideas that give u a COMPLEX and GREAT story:
1!. a drama
2!. a crime/gangster
I perfer #2!. U wanted it to be low budget so there!. I reccomend not to make a comedy, because usually people dont find 12 year old comedies to be funny its the truth :)
