Why does the demon react violently in pain and scream that "It burns!" when Father Karass only sprinkled tap water on her !?
He lied to her and said it was Holy water!.
Was the demon actually "faked out" by Father Karass's power of suggestion that the tap water really was Holy water!?
Or was the Demon "play acting" to try to confuse Father Karass!?

Throughout ancient times demons have been known to be great liers and deceivers, the demon probably lied in mockery of the priest, it could have also been a psychological mind game that father karass used, the girl might have thought it was holy water and the demon might have fallen for it as well however i think it was all an act, the demon in that movie was particularly mischieviousWww@Enter-QA@Com
The devil is known throughout history and mythology as being a liar!. So it makes perfect sense that he would be lying to pull the priest's chain!. He's not stupid after all and knows that it's just tap water!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
