Is it the director!? I think he has control over the artistic aspect of the movie, so I guess it's him!. Is there a special person which chooses the songs heard in certain scenes of the movie!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

The director gives the composer a rouhg take of the film for the composer to work on and every now and then they negotiate about what to put!.
