I need help with this movie title?!

It has Steven Segall in it, and in the movie his town is hit with arapidly spreading disease, but for some reason his daughter doesn't become infected!.!.!. in the end turns out that the tea her and her grandfather drink that's made from an exotic flower fought off the disease!.
