I saw the film and I did a little bit of research!. I know the film is acted out, but did this actually happen to people, I believe so but I'm not 100% sure!.!.!. Like is the actual story and disappearence real!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

The entire thing is completely false!. unlike what the other answerer said, there isnt any real Blair Witch legend, and it was all scripted (not the lines, those were improvised, but the events)!. As they traveled through the woods, the director would leave coolers with food and the events that they were supposed to carry out that day!. Example- "Mike - admits to throwing map away!." They were just short explanations allowing for improv!. to make it seem more realistic!. The interviews in the beginning were also from hired people!. They had no acting background, but they were told to say _____, and to make it original!. So each person had a differing idea of the witch!. I thought these ideas were incredibly well thought out and it definitely worked to scare me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I have the same question several years ago!.!.!.The witch of Blair is just a myth of course!. The movie isn't based on true events but it's inspired by the myth of Blair witch!.!.!.I hope that I've been helpful for you!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
