Kids films are all about setting bad examples!. Do we really want kids going on adventures to find long lost treasure and fighting the Fratellis!? How about something like setting up booby traps to launch food at the principal or the classic example, jumping off a roof with an umbrella!?
We should not ban smoking in films, not even in kids films as teaching our kids to have brains and make better decisions is more important than protecting them from animated cigarettes and potentially lethal dodgeballs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You have to remember!.!.!.that movie was made during a time when smoking wasn't too mainstream and it was pretty much a manly thing to do or for people who had money!.
Cruella smoking in a kids move shows that she's wealthy!. also, smoking wasn't really "bad" until the late 80's/90's when it was foreseen that they can cause cancer!.
Now a days, yes, smoking in children's movies shouldn't be included, however, it won't be in a lot, unless the moral includes a kid getting caught smoking!.
Everyone just needs to be clearly made aware that smoking is bad for your health and that's all they can do!. Until then, it's still seen as a "cool" thing or, if you're in high school, "badass" thing to do!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Naw, i don't think so!. Okay besides the Disney movies, but anythibg else!.!.!.!.!.i don't think so!. And sometimes the script calls for a scene where the character smokes sothey have to!. If he/she has a habit of smoking then sure it's fine and if he/she doesn't, well they could think of something else!. It's not like its crime or somethin' and it makes the cool people in the movies look hot!.Say Fight Club:

If the person is already a smoker then it would be better than an actor that has to do it just for the movie!. If the actor has never smoked then it would not be ok!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
