Looking for a movie but not sure whats the name.?!

Ok, well the movie is quite old i guess!. forgot when i watched it but it was about the world being controlled by Germans, natzi flags on buildings and all!. Everyone had to inject themselves with with this drug that removes certain senses and feelings daily!. But one, a general or high rank officer stopped using the drug one day and remembers all these senses but there were others who resisted the drug as well, so those "Others" created a resistance group against the natzi armys and fought back but they were out numbered!. But this one high rank officer who remembers are now working inside!. So hes trying to help the resistance but also trying not to get caught by his own men or german people!. But in the end he defeats the true person behind the ruleing who was really disguising as the old ruler who died long time ago, so they were using hollograms!.
