If you are talking about The Blue Lagoon with Brooke Shields, what happens, in the boat, Richard and Emmaline wake up to see that their son is eating poisonous berries!. Emmaline tries to get the boy to spit it out but he had already swallowed them!. In despair of their son dieing and they felt they were all going to die anyway being stranded in the ocean, Richard and Emmaline decide to eat the poisonous berries too so they could all die together!. A few hours later, Arthur's ship finds them floating in the boat!. Arthur asks, "Are they dead!?" and the ship's captain answers, "No, sir!. They are asleep!. The sequel The Return of the Blue Lagoon starts off showing that the child survived but his parents did not!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
