NO out of all horror films, Saw isnn't the best, not even in the top 10, hell not even in my top 100 movies in horror!. Even if I only saw one horror film, Saw wouldn't be my favorite!. All these people do is go down to Home Depot and ask "What's the best device" to kill someone in a painful way!.
