Well there isn't one, but the sex in it is minimal!. By the way it's against copyright laws to take movies for a public school or private or a club or anything outside of your home to watch unless you've purchased the rights from the moviemakers!. I know people think it is legal if you're not charging money, but that's not true at all!. They are authorized for home viewing only!. Anything more than that, is against the copyright laws!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I'd suggest buying the DVD and making a copy that you think would be suitable for your class!. It's a wonderful film - I don't think you'd have to take very much out!.
Or you could buy one of those new DVD players I've recently seen advertised that edits hundreds of well-known movies for the content you choose to exclude!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

why don't you just have the kids give the parents a waiver to sign!.!.there were many times teachers had us do that!. I'm sure there can't be anything too awful!.!.maybe a bit of nudity!.!.!.but we watched schindler's list in high school or jr!.!.!.cant remember!.!.!.but Shakespeare in love must be less violent then that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
