Ok need help with this movie...?!

I saw it when I was younger!.!.!.in the 90's I am not sure when it came out, but I would think the 90's!. It is about a little girl who gets killed in a car crash and I think her dad and mom were in the car (not sure though) and she dies and comes back a ghost and her Dad can see her!. It is kind of scary and sad!. That is all I remember!.!.!.does anyone have any idea!? Thank you!Www@Enter-QA@Com
