The Happening stars Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel and John Leguizamo trying to escape some sort of event that is occurring on the Eastern Seaboard!. They don't understand what's going on, but they seem to always be ahead of this happening!. I will just say right now, when you find out what the happening actually is, you will wish for Lady in the Water!. I would have rather not known what was going on and would have rather watched Wahlberg and Descahnel on the run, wondering if they will survive!.
The acting is the reason to see this movie!. If you like any of the actors, then you will be pleased just to see their talent and how they interact with each other!. Wahlberg is a science teacher who relies on making decisions on the scientific model; Deschanel plays his girlfriend who is reluctant to get married and is a little wacky!. Leguizamo plays a fellow teacher who is witty and is concerned about the safety of his daughter!. basically the plants felt threatened by humans because we are taking over the p;anet and killing alot of plants!. So the only thing they know how to do when they feel threatend is let off a toxin that they have!.!.!. well when these toxins combine they become very dangerous!. People exposed to this get confused of where they are, then become very forgetful, and the end result is killing yourself with the first way you can find to!. well u kno how they were talkin bout how the theory cant be told about the disapeering bees!? well i think this is sorta the same but i felt tht ppl wit a bad vibe cause the trees to be threatened and so they giv a bad toxen off and if u travel in large groups, a lot of heat is given off which mite be mistaken as a bad vibe or anger!. thts just wht i think!. and when they asked wht is the color of luv it was probably green!.!.!.fo the plants and trees and those ppl showd love (positive vibe) and survived!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The biologist in the end says something along the lines of "we're a threat to this earth, we've done it too much damage, and this is our warning!. this is nothing compared to what's going to happen!." He's basically saying that the human race is taking the earth for granted and the earth is striking back!. pretty crazy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Apparently foliage gains the ability to think but not just think, but have memories, can work together to create conspiracy, and I think I read that in the sequal they will sprout arm and legs and actually run survivors down and kill them personally!. Okay I made that last part up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
