because the first one sucked, so Marvel Studios decided to completely redo it!.
this one is a lot better than the 2003 one in my opinion!.

Because Marvel sold the rights to the Hulk to some company!. Marvel thought that movie was so bad that they bought the rights back and made another Hulk Movie!. Hoping for it to be as good as IronmanWww@Enter-QA@Com
