I just got back home from seeing "The Happening"!. All I can say is WTF!?
This movie was a complete waste of film, of time, of money, etc!. The movie was so bad that I wrote a review of it (and my review was not complimentary) on Yahoo Movies!.
In what were supposed to be "frightening and disturbing images" the entire audience was laughing hysterically!.
I couldn't believe the lame acting, the lame dialogue, etc!. Without going into too much detail for anyone who has not seen the movie and plans to, the scene with the lions had to be the funniest thing that I've seen in a long time!. Everyone was laughing, hooting, and hollaring about how stupid it was!.
At one point, towards the end of the movie, when the main characters are standing in the field with the wind blowing, I said outloud, very loudly, "it's certainly not Gone With The Wind" and everyone laughed and agreed!.
When the credits rolled, the entire audience booed and there were calls of "I want my money back"!.

yeah i agree it had a good story i think they just didn't know how to put it together and the actors were horrible at acting too
