Not sure who could have done it as Kate has the body type--CURVACEOUS--that fits so well with the time period of the movie!. Could ANYONE have looked as stunning when she gets out of that car in the pin-striped, form fitting dress!?! Most of Hollywood's women are way too skinny!.
