I like both of them, but I think I like the 2nd one better!. I only had one problem with it!.!.what was the theme of the movie!? Troy wanted to get a college scholarship, but his friends were getting angry about that, becuase he was stepping all over them to get to the top!. Okay, I get that!. But, when his father talks to him about it!.!.he's pretty much like do whatever you want son!. So, instead of worring about his college future, he cares more about what his friends think!.!.isn't that peer pressure!? I don't know!.!.!.I think I may be a little too picky about a disney channel movie:]Www@Enter-QA@Com

i have to say that i used to like high school musical, then i got over it but then number 2 came out and i liked that too, now though!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i have to say it it so gay! plus its not very well put together (both movies)!.
u no when zac efron and vennesa-anne hudgens are havin a picnic or some thing in high school musical 2 well doesn't zac's voice sound off when he's running around saying ''Your gonna get so wet!'' or something like that!?
and zac didn't even sing in the first one!. He got all the fame when the guy who did his singing got nothing but to go to the concert thingy because zac ''couldn't make it''!. He probably didn't go because he couldn't sing!.
And in high school musical 2 weren't they on their summer vacation!? wouldn't that mean they would be going to college when september or what ever returns!? And there making a high school musical 3!!? Would it not be ''college musical''!?!.
Like let the guys grow up already!. By this rate were looking at ''My future life musical'' or ''High school musical 42'' or what ever!.
There are many flaws in these films that i never thought about before and they are there!.
