Why do Movie trailers on UK television only last a few seconds?!
Question: Why do Movie trailers on UK television only last a few seconds!?
I saw a 10 second trailer for The Happening and a 15 second clip for Sex and The City last night on TV!. This always seems to have been the case - but why!? Surely the studios can afford to pay for a longer slot!Www@Enter-QA@Com

The trailers on TV are always shorter, to see the longer versions go to the cinema!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It will ruin the movie otherwise!. If it was longer it would be spoiled!.
