Update: Found it! It's actually a needlepoint wallhanging by Paul Smith called "Love Too" It's sold at The Rug Company!. No price listed (emailed for a price list), someone had a note @ it on another website saying it was @ $2500!. I put the links to the 3 websites where I found the info!.

I am dying to know who did it as well, I'm trying to search for it & see if I can find anything, if I do I'll update ASAP, hopefully someone gets back on this!. Just to update where it is in the movie, it's hanging or painted on the wall of Carrie's appartment when she moves back in!. I don't think they show it fully in any scene, but it's shown a few times & I think you can see the O-V-E fully in the scenes!.
