Name this movie .... it's driving me CRAZY!!?!

There was a "controversial " movie that came out in the early 2000's maybe a bit after!. The cover of the poster/dvd had 2 young me and a girl naked (it was NOT an "adult" movie) it was more arty/making you think movie!. One of the guys had red hair!. One of the characters died accidentially in his room while watching tennis and tying a tie around his neck !.!.!.!. it was a very thought provoking movie and I'm almost 100% sure that it began with a "K"!.
