Question: Is it really hard to get into the film business!?
I have a HUGEEE passion for screenwriting, creative writing, photography, and directing movies!. I'm also planning on attending New York Film Academy!.
I'm still not finished with high school, but i was wondering if it's extremely hard to get into the film business!? (Not the acting part)
I don't want to spend all my years in college learning about film making and writing and then not end up working in the film business!.
It'd be helpful if you had experience in the film business!. (Or just know a few things about it)

I went to the "Los Angeles Film school" it's a hands on school, so you wont have to spend all day in a classroom!. you get to meet a lot of people and make connections, it's located in hollywood so where be else to be!. I graduated and have been doing well, it's mostly about who you know and not what you know (But that is also important) I am a Sound and editing Major, an a Cinematography minor!. I know people that went to nyfa, and ucla, and from what i hear there's not a lot of hands on, at lafs you get a camera your first day, just so you can experiment!. hope this helps!.
