You know, I just happened to catch this movie on television three or four years ago, and I thought it was really interesting!. It really depends on your taste in movies in order for me to classify this as a worthwhile movie: if you like independently-made, rather amateur movies, then this is an alright film!. If you need special effects or an actual script to stay alive throughout the film, then this one is NOT what you are looking for!.
In my opinion, it was okay!. I think it was really confusing and not too scary, but I think it is definitely unique, and it kinda started the whole "let's take a camera and run around screaming" genre of movies!.
Basically, it's about three young adults (around 20ish) who go off with two cameras to do research on the fabled "Blair Witch," but while searching in the woods for her house or proof of her existence (I forget why they were in the woods, but that's all), weird things start happening to them, and then one of them goes missing, and then it gets a little freaky!.
This is the type of movie that would give a 10-year-old shivers but a 17-year-old yawns or hysterical laughter!. Anywhere in between, it really depends on if you can handle "scary" movies or if you are really easily creeped out by anything that moans in the dark!.
Hope you like it though, you should definitely see it at least once in your life (the whole thing, or parts!.!.!.as long as you get the idea) b/c it is made fun of/parodied so much in pop culture!.

when i just asked a question, 4 questions came up, but im answering this one first==I never really could keep it in focus= but never the less it was a very interesting film and very well organized in drama that led to a box office, blockbuster and im sure net flix meet their margin lines= it's worth seeing just to see how easy it can be to make a movie, even on a much liter note than played in blair Witch progect= like and old treasure map found in " The diarys in the attic", ah but a treasure map to what!? National treasure one and two have that sewed up= "no country for old men" it would be an old man who left the diarys in the attic= with the map of course to something no one would think of but me!. Although a lot of people hated it actually really freaked me out!. The ending scene in the house was really scary to me!. Im usually not scared easily either!. I think just because it is a classic in some peoples eyes I think you should see it just because!. I thought it was really silly but in a way it is a fun movie and I think you should give it a shot!. It is one of those movies that is fun to watch with a bunch of people and food!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It was too real!. And it's a psycological thriller!. I saw it once and then never again!. I am not into that kind of thing!. What annoying about it was, to make it look real they had the cameras bouncing up and down while they were running and it got dizzying after awhile!. All in all, I am sure that it didn't bother many people, but for me I kept my eyes and ears plugged through some of it and I was in a theater! The first kid screaming from a distance and couldn't be found got to me as did all the "signs" that something was after them!.!.!.like the stones piled outside the tents!. Not really!. It was like When a Stranger Calls!. Very creepy and suspenseful, but what does it turn out to!? Not to mention the sequel!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
