Answers:
Do you mean the "Peter Pan" production for TV starring Mary Martin or Cathy Rigby!? Here's a list of productions with women in the role:
Peter Pan (1960 TV)
starring Mary Martin as Peter Pan
From IMDB:
The production was first telecast live in 1955 and re-staged live, by popular demand, in 1956!. But it was not seen again until the videotaped version was telecast in 1960!. Rather than re-broadcast it annually, as CBS began doing with "The Wizard of Oz", NBC repeated the videotaped version in 1963, 1966, and 1973!.
A long hiatus followed, during which this 1960 production was presumed lost and a new "Peter Pan", with a new score and starring Mia Farrow, was telecast in 1976!.
Finally, in 1988, the 1960 videotape of the Mary Martin version was rediscovered intact, remastered, and telecast in March 1989~the production's first TV showing in 16 years!.
NOTE: I imagine that this is the one she's thinking of!. I'm a Baby Boomer who recalls what an event it was when Mary Martin's "Peter Pan" was aired!. I actually don't recall the Mia Farrow version, but I do recall watching the Cathy Rigby version!.

Peter Pan (2000 TV movie)
starring Cathy Rigby
IMDB synopsis:
This production is a new staging of the Broadway musical from the 1950s, which does not minimize its impact in any way!. !.!.!. I have copies of both performances and primarily treasure the Martin production because of its historical significance as a time capsule of early television!. This version with Olympic gymnast Cathy Rigby version is brilliant; its presentation differs from the 1960 one as they captured an actual performance from a theater with an audience rather than tape on a network sound stage!. As someone else noted below, Ms!. Rigby's mannerisms and costuming are indeed more boyish than Ms!. Martin's!. !.!.!. The Act 1 finale that shows Peter and the Darlings flying out the window is stunning!. Plan to lose yourself for two hours, and you'll probably believe you can fly when it's over!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
