Can you rent movies in iTunes with a Singaporean credit card?!

I'm 99% sure that you can't because iTunes requires that you use certain region's iTunes store depending on your billing address!. Meaning, you'd be only able to purchase and rent from iTunes Singapore!. If there's iTunes Singapore (which I'm not sure of), you'll rent from there!.!.!.

UNLESS, you have a Singaporean cc with an American billing address!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
