Question: Is The Strangers appropriate for a 13 year old!?
I was just wondering if The Strangers was a movie a 13 year old could go see or if it was too inappropriate for some reason!. It seems to be just like any other horror movie!. I know it is R-rated, but some R-rated movies aren't that bad!. Language doesn't matter really!. Please give your honest opinion!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

What's wrong with trusting the rating!? Surely, experts in fields of medicine, law, and economics are more adequate than one who has little or no knowledge in such a subject!. Those who rate the movies have been hired to rate and criticize because they have special knowledge and expertise to do so!. Some rated R movies are not that bad for who!? You!? But, are you 13!? If not, then I'm not sure how this is relevant to whether a 13 year old ought to see a rated R movie or not!. I mean think of it this way: "Driving 70 in a 55 mph speed zone isn't that big of a deal; so it shouldn't be that big of a deal for my 13 year old to do it!." Really!? Firstly, the first premise is questionable and secondly it doesn't follow that because an adult can do something then a teenager can do it!.
